The purpose of the Budget Committee is to review and finalize the operating budget developed by the District Manager. The Budget Committee recommends the budget for approval to the full Board. The Budget Committee monitors the implementation of the budget and expenses of the staff and District Manager.

channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Coos Soil and Water Conservation District
